• Manual/Automated Review: Projects are subject to review to ensure they meet the practical-oriented standards of the platform.

3. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing account access to circumvent course fees is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, curriculum, code snippets, and project briefs, is the exclusive property of Afrivoy Tutors and its founder, Oluwafemi. You may not download, redistribute, or resell any material without express written consent.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Automated Enrollment: Course access is granted automatically upon successful payment processing.

• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our courses and immediate access to proprietary curriculum, refunds are generally not provided unless otherwise stated on a specific course sales page.

6. Practical Project Requirements

Students agree to engage in “Real-Life Simulation” tasks. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware and software required to complete these practical assignments as outlined in the course description.

7. Limitation of Liability

Afrivoy Tutors provides the platform on an “as-is” basis. While we strive for 100% uptime and bug-free experiences, we are not liable for any technical interruptions or data loss resulting from third-party hosting or software plugins.
